I have been a fan of Black Mirror for a while now and their most recent entry in the series does not disappoint. The choose your own adventure set up of the film is used excellently with an excellent look into the morality of the situation as only Black Mirror can. This film is highly recommended for anyone to try.

I have no choice but to give this experience a 10/10

Holmes and Watson feels like a movie that was pitched with a single line of dialogue “No Shit Sherlock”. For a film trying to live up to the expectations set up by former Ferrell and Reilly partnerships like Talladega Nights and Step Brothers this film lacks the humor needed to be considered to stand up to those comedy classics. However some jokes landed decently, most descended from the same vein of modern things taking place in the 1800’s such as selfies and drunk texts.

The message of this film is a bit heavy handed and uneventful with Ferrell’s Holmes developing feelings.

I have to give this film a 10/10
